Alden Pennington is the founder of Talenta HR Group, a talent optimization and executive search firm, with a mission of keeping people at the center of an organization. With a leadership career spanning over two decades, Alden has held senior level HR positions within the healthcare and technology industries, including being the chief HR executive at Appriss and Benevis.
Alden is a graduate of the Gatton School of Business and Economics at the University of
Kentucky, and received his MBA, summa cum laude, from Sullivan University in Louisville, KY. In addition, Alden is six sigma certified, a certified Predictive Index Partner, and has earned the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation. Alden and his family of six (Seven including German Shepherd, Ranger) reside in Lexington, KY. When’s he’s not recruiting and advising executives, Alden can be found using any excuse to be active outside–playing golf, climbing a mountain, running a race, or completing a CrossFit workout.
